Implementation of 20 keys methodology

Since the start of 2005. ESCO has started the implementation of 20 keys methodology.

20 keys methodology is based on TOYOTA production philosophy. The author of 20 keys methodology is Iwao Kobayashi.

Some benefits from implementation of 20 keys methodology are:

  • Active participation of all employees trough work in small groups and suggestions for improvement
  • Optimization of company strategy and goals
  • Increasing of productivity and waste reduction

Our goal is to implement this methodology until the year 2007.
